I'm not saying they should remove it. I'm asking to be given the option to hide it. If you like it great! if not.. then your not forced to see it.

I think it's a little ... plain. Maybe give it hash marks, like we see on the fitting screen, and make it a tad narrower (vertically).
Then again, a simple setting to allow us to set whether we want a graphical representation or the old text/numbers, would also be GREAT.
More choices, CCP. You already did the work, don't throw it out. Give your customers an option to use your latest and greatest or their old fan favorites. |

Thanks for the reply Tuxford, I must admit the word filter is awesome I'm loving it. I wish I could give a good reason for it driving me crazy, maybe blue to me is like red to bulls?! P.s. I google searched 'doing my nut in' for a funny pic... my eyes are bleeding having seen some of the unfiltered results :S |

I see where it was trying to tie in with the fitting screen look, but its WAY to long.
Make it shorter and tuck it in the upper right like it was before.
The bar really does not need to fit the window, the short ones in the fitting screen work very well, carry that out.
I think doing this will fix the bar visually so it is not so intrusive.
Right now its obscene. |

Wow, just logged in and this is really ugly. The filter is AWESOME, but really, the color should match the rest of your color theme. Some color schemes just don't look good with blue... |

I had to resize like 45 windows to fit the "blue bar" and now they all take up a little bit more room. Why? I just want a little text display that tells me 75.6/375 m3... oh wait there was one before, now it's gone (okay it's there but has been absorbed by the blue bar which takes up more room and is frankly an eyesore) |

Yeah I think making the bar the same width as the search bar and bringing the numbers to the left of the box, just outside of it would be good.
