All the names are related to thing with the power to take many shapes.
A Tengu is a Japanese demon which is sort of a chimera, it has the body of a human, the face of a dog and bird like wings. It also has the power to posses people and speak through them (to lead others astray).
"My name is Legion, for we are many" is a quote from the bible referring to a man possessed by several demons.
Proteus is a shape shifting sea-god in Greek mythology.
Loki is a norse god who is also a shape shifter. |

They never publicly made it to sisi. they patched the test server and did some sort of testing or something before they would open the server and it failed so they rolled the test server back to the previous build which contains no tech 3 stuff. |
