Factory Slots:
Jel (3) - Sinq Laison Region
Ommare (6) - Essence Region
Scuelazyns (6) - Everyshore Region

Laboratory Slots:
Scuelazyns (2) - co-located with factory slots - Everyshore Region

I am primarily interested in trades for other factory or lab slots in Lonetrek, the Citadel, Vale of the Silent, Tribute, Pure Blind, or the Forge.

Willing to consider cash offers for the factory slots.

For the lab slots other than trades of other lab slots I am willing to consider good BP offers.

Please contact me in-game via Evemail.

Don't buy or trade any factories or labs. The problem will be addressed in the next patch and you'll just be losing whatever you invest.

Aras: Trading factories/labs is just exchanging one slot in one place for a slot in another place. A patch really doesn't affect that, and even if some patch where to unrent all my slots, those slots would then be randomly grabbed up. Someone who has one for trade would be unlikely to be there at the right time to get one - thus it makes sense if they arrange a trade.

P.S. The last patch was the one that affected slots, why do you think the next will also affect them? I haven't seen anything in the dev blogs to indicate they will be changing them further.

Factories and labs are fine. It is a free market economy and spending, trading, bribing, and threatening will get you whatever slots you need. Limited supply + unlimited demand = you having to be creative.

The bigger issue is office space. Even if you want to give it up you can't. Unlike the others, it can't be unrented.

Lysithea, the only reason you say it's fine is because you are hoarding tons of slots.

The real world is a market driven economy too. If new players don't continue their subscription past their first 30 days because they aren't able to access a significant portion of this game, you will see EVE go away. And you will be left holding all your empty slots.

Actually Aras, I wanted to ask you where you heard that the problem will be addressed in the next patch.
