Hello all, i am looking for a minmatar-amarr or gallente pvp char.
my futur char must have :

Command ship skills.

good gunnery,medium T2

tank armor AND shield(if minmatar) t2

good learning.

security status -3 and higher.

overload,hac or recon , will be a bonus . .
my budget is 5-6bi MAX.

if i'm interested by your char , the isks transfers will be faster.
