Well more to the point, what will CCP do to us.... POS warfare is getting very old. Anything of value can be jumped to and from 0.0, eve is slowly but surely turning more and more carebear for every new release. T3 in 2009.. I could not care less it was far more fun back in the days where ships could not cloak or jump. putting up 20+ POSes in a system to hold it what a joke. Anyone tell me where the fun is in that please? It cost more to PvP, but its less fun to PvP. It's too easy to get rich without doing anything risky in the game. it's all great news for the carebear. The one single great thing for PvP in 2008 was the great efforts made in "the need for speed". POSes has made it far too easy for the gold farmer in 0.0, it's basicaly far easier to put up posses than it is to kill them off. To my mind if you hold space in 0.0 the only way should be by a constant force in a region and there should be a direct isk award for the combat pilots moving around. It should pay to pvp to the same extend as it pays to mine. The risk is higher and so should the reward be. Kill an enemy ship and gets half it's value in isk. Surely it's more fun to earn isk pvping than ratting? (well it is in my book). my ideal eve would have the great benefits of "need for speed" together with no Posses to hide in or cloaks to turn on! Ohh and make combat last longer, it's the fun part of eve so why does it have to be over so quick, why kill someone instantly if you can do it slowwwwly? I'm sure we will get a few more skills to train with T3, woopie doo !!!  |

Be a more efficient and streamlined griefer, i've done ok in 2008, but I think I can do much better and have much to improve on. |
