I have heard of an fps limiter for eve. Can someone direct me to it please?

Not sure if this is what you wanted, but if you use vsynch, EVE will be forced to draw only as many frames as your monitor can handle at a time - usually 60 fps. |

The "present interval" under the graphics tab in settings acts like V-sync which locks your frame rate. |

Of course, you have to know what to set it to. I believe the correct setting to limit FPS is "one". See, for example, this thread. |

As was said before, enable "advanced options" in EVE and then set the "Present Interval" to "interval One" to activate V-sync. |
