Hello.

When Im gonna buy a new ship, what should I do with the last one I had? I have full insurance on it. Should I just keep it, or what? And what about the fittings?

PvP it to death :). Or sell it. Whatever floats your boat. Some fitting you may want to save tho. I like to hang on to my mosst valuable ships.

If it is a t1 ship, it might be worth to blow it up and collect the insurance money. If the payout is more than the market price and of course if you don't wanna fly it again.
Or just keep it in your hangar. Different ships usually have different purposes. Never know when you might need it again.

Take fittings off first.
