Should be able to chat with players in eve while not in game.

Should be able to shoot of Emails in eve while not in game.

Just some ideas.

Hotmail, gmail, yahoo...

All free...

Set up accounts for your eve character and there you go.

Since you failed at the task of reading the suggestion.
Here it goes.

He wants to be able to connect to the ingame chat, such as Corp or Alliance chat from an external source.
He does NOT want to setup a run a 3rd party external chat server for Corp or Alliance.

He wants to be able to send ingame eve-mails from an external source.
He does NOT want to add all his corp/alliance buddies to an external e-mail client and on a daily basis try to keep it updated to the ingame reality.

We had something alike asked a few weeks ago (and a few more weeks agon, and a few months ago).
The basic answer from CCP was "No, since it will be abusable to spam people" all the time.
