blankseplocked Account information update broken !!!! GM/DEV ??

One of my friends tried to log into the game to day and it reported that his account is closed.

Due to some credit card issue (new card issued), well he goes to the update his billing info page to update his Card information and he gets this message.

An uexpected internal error occured. Support has been notified. Please try again later. (MED-2)

Well the problem is this has been going on for 5-6 hours.

This should be high priority thing for CCP to resolve so He is just wondering if CCP is aware of the problem.

He tried looking back ten pages but didn't find anything.(or then He missed it)

He looked trough Eve New Citizens Q&A and Known Issues & Workarounds

He even tried the knowlage Base but still didn't find anything usefull.

Actually I think it is an exploit I made them aware of the other day. Cant say what it is obviously but the GM told me they were optimizing it to make sure it doesnt happen. But yeah it has to do with their new credit card security check system.

No idea how long it will take them to fix it. Or if even that is the reason aco**** management has been down for the last few days. I would bet 10000000000 isk it is because of what I reported to them.

"That is the worst I have heard, so if their Credit Card system is not working correctly they just shut down accounts? No warning give ? The least thing they should do is keep the accounts affected active as not to give the players greife for their problems."

We are working on fixing the account management website with maximum importance. Something came up yesterday and I immediately notified the website team and the developers. They have been on this since then and we will not rest until it is up and running smoothly again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our customers and we hope that when this fix is done with, we will have no further trouble with our website.

I guess not many ppl are happy with the several days of not being able to play (just an idea). GM Zworm you should get your yellow ribbon so that ppl know there is an official answer"
