This is the program that was installed with Google Chrome. Fair enough, I don't like it but it doesn't bother me enough to get rid of it completely, and I guess it just keeps coming back unless you get rid of Chrome, which I'm still interested in (for now anyway).
Just now I went to watch a video on Youtube in Firefox (I assume the timing isn't a coincidence, not certain though), and suddenly Comodo's defense+ thing (similar to Vista's VAC but a whole lot clearer on what is going on and infinitely less annoying
) pops up saying that googleupdate.exe is trying to execute googleupdatesetup.exe - or something like that, I can't remember the exact title.
Why on earth is this program updating now?! I could understand it updating when I run Chrome but just visiting a Google site in another browser? Or maybe the timing was a coincidence, but then it's just updating when it feels like it. Needless to say I did not click allow. Software trying to take over my computer really irritates me.
