When in gang and ratting in the same system all bounties are split evenly between gang members, correct?

If one person in the gang goes out of system bounties cease to share with that person untill he/she comes back into the same system as everyone else, correct??

Bounties will only share between people in a gang/fleet if they are on the same grid as you.

Mission rewards are split between everyone in the gang/fleet (up to the max allowed) if they are in the same system (not 100% on whether it's limited to the same system though) as the mission owner when they hand it in.

Edit: more detail
Sorry, I should probably explain about grids as this is in Q&A.
The grid is your immediate area, typically this is everything in about 400km or so, not sure on the exact dimensions.
If you can see your gang mates, then the bounty splits.

Pretty close.

1) yes you have to be on grid to share rat bounties - grid sizes vary, but the generally accepted definition is that you can see ships and other items on your overview if they are on grid with you (celestial objects like planets, stations, belts, moons, gates, etc. can be seen from off grid).

2) you can share missions with gang members and in my experience you don't need to be in the same system to share rewards and bonuses.
