If I anchor a can at a safe spot, will it survive downtim e?

If you anchor it, it will survive for 30 downtimes after the last time you access the can.

Make sure that you don't lose the bookmark if you anchor at a safe spot: you cannot scan down cans.

Lol.. anchoring a cluster of GSCs at a safe spot is a common way to store ammo and rat loot in 0.0 systems which don't have stations.

Recommendation: make two safe spots between celestials but sufficiently far apart. Then warp between those and make a safe spot. This will give you a safe spot that shouldn't be in-line with any pair of celestials. This is important because cans will flash on someone's overview if they have cans on it as they warp past.
