I've put more time into this alliance than anyone else in it and simply put this is how I was repaid for my work.
I can feel your pain and can certainly sympathize with the disappointment you must be facing. You became a geek without a life outside of EVE for months like any Alliance leaders did, built something, and got stabbed. But HOW, and I ask this with the gentlest tone possible, HOW the **** did you not see this coming?
Aside the usual trolls I've seen people throw words like "disgusting" or "backstabbing". That were true if PL would have had a history of being fairplay with a sensor of e-honor, but they never did, and never hid that. So you sold a few hundreds GTC, or slaved some of your members into plexing, and thought buying half a region worth billions in resources from an Alliance much superior to you in strength, would be a good idea? Perhaps a good short term idea, if you can make your investment back, but a pretty ****ing stupid idea if you thought this would last forever.
This is PL we're talking about. Saying this is "a complete shock" just shows you were too naive all along and didn't do your homework. ****ed is fine, shocked isn't.

Mostly, they have been beating themselves against a certain tower (see killboard for details of the towers pwnage). We've spent our time keeping it up and running (repping it alot) with some minor skirmishing and a little roaming around. Thats about it. Its good fun, but that god damned tower is going to beat me for kill points this week.  |
