Send e-mails to CCP out of game as well as petitions and don't stop until you have to yell at their CEO if it takes that.
Scamming in game is fine and dandy. Doing it with real life money via CCPs 'secure' method is another matter (and possibly criminal though I have no idea). |

They are in noobcorps, so I can't get in touch with their CEO. I'm trying to get in touch with CCP, have petitioned and reported. Hopefully there will be a less-than bureaucratic solution to this. If he would just transfer the agreed upon amount, this would've been so much easier. :( |

lol I ment the the CEO of CCP. According to wiki his name is Hilmar Veigar Pétursson. At least if we keep bumping this post hopefully it will be looked at or locked. Then at least we'd know that CCP doesn't actually mind scamming via their forums. Man, won't I have some 'cheap' 'Navy' Ravens to sell then. |

I mean, I fully admit that I should've verified the amount before making it. But at the time it didn't make sense to me that anyone would sell a GTC for like 535 ISK, but I guess I just did, except it wasn't what I meant to sell it for. And now this guy is taking advantage of it. =( |

So this guy is doing this intentionally.
