Yes the petition is still...open...

I was hoping that after the revelation crashes the support should have evolved...

But, first thanks to the GM. There I always have a correct and an answer is great time.

Sorry CCP but as customer I'm very disappointed not have not at least a 'Yes we noticed your problem' after...6h45minutes

Great I got an answer at 16h45 Gmt...

You already sent us a petition about this case. Please don't open multiple ones this way will be able to do our job on times and correctly.

Men I just sent one and you don't even asked me if my problems are still running prior to close the petition.

Sounds next problem I have I will wait a month in empty space...but sorry seems something is wrong with support no ?

Sorry but the last one...

This 3h game session was a very good one. I enjoyed it with friends on line. Very Happy

But viewing the petition silently closed with that comment just killed all the fun I had this session.

Go to bed disappointed not about the game but about the communication management. ugh
