- Final highsec boost goes into motion. Now, when attempting to shoot another player in highsec, the module will simply not activate. Some sort of "Your weapons are jammed due to the security status of this system" message will appear.

- Lowsec finally improved! Now, you may toggle a "PVP Flag" so that if you wish to mine or rat in lowsec, you may do so without those pesky PVPers interfering.

- Wardec issues addressed, and moved to an instanced "Arena" where 5 of the same ship type may "honor duel" each other to determine who wins the war. "Victory Points" are awarded and may be spent on faction items from CONCORD. To make things fair, the losing side will also receive points; we can't have them getting discouraged.

- Ship insurance removed completely. Instead of dying, ships now go into "Reinforced" at 5% hull, and emergency warp to the nearest station, where they may be repaired for a few gol-, er, ISK.

- Autopilot through any security status is now done with an unbreakable cloak, to insure that no one loses a ship when not around; it just isn't fair to kill someone who chooses not to fight back.

- Player Pirates were too strong and needed a nerf to be in line with other farmables. Now, if your security status drops into the negative, your UI is reduced to two options: "Orbit Slowly" and "Shoot". This should make combat exciting for those that cannot memorize various "tactics", which were overpowered to begin with.

- A new anchorable "Highsec beacon" has been added. This may be anchored in any 0.0 system, turning it immediately into a 0.5, and gradually scaling up into a 1.0. Shooting this beacon results in immediate CONCORD response. In addition, the first player to anchor this beacon may name his/her new High Security system.

- Players were often getting into newer ships without first raising standings. Fixing this, you must now be capable of level two missions to fly a cruiser, level three to fly a battlecruiser, and level four to fly a battleship. Capital ships require standings of at least 9.0 with the faction the ship originates from. Anyone with a negative security status will have the following ship options:

- All ships now have an "Attack" and "Defend" value. If a ships attack value is greater than it's targets defend value, the second ship is immediately removed from play. This will insure that we do not give unfair advantage to more intelligent or tactically savvy players.

- It is required to give everyone you meet in local an "E-Hug" to ensure good sportsmanship.

- The games name was a bit outdated. We shall now be known as "World of Spaceships".

I'm sarcasm'd out for the day, sorry. I'm sure I'd have liked this post but honestly at this point, well, you know.

Stock Response:

*Sec Status Hit: Only occurs to one person even if a dozen are involved in the gank. Increasing this by a maximum of 10% (+5 sec stat vs. -5 set stat) will affect solo gankers a little, but not very much.

*Improved CONCORD response time: Will force players, in some instances, to upgrade to a larger ship, bring a friend, or fit a few T2 modules (cheaper than going from BC to BS)

*Sec Status Hit Based on System Security: Ganking becomes easier to sustain in lower sec systems and harder in higher-sec systems.

*No Insurance payout: Using a BC to suicide gank someone will now cost you $20 million ISK, not $5 million ISK. This will hurt your ability to profit from low-value targets, and such as someone who carries 50 million ISK of goods in a T1 hauler. It will also raise the bar for the minimum value of freighters to about 1.8 billion ISK (guessing) to be worthy of a suicide gank. However, it won't affect those who do things like carry blueprints in shuttles or officer modules in...well, anything. Profit will still be huge even after insurance payouts. This will also have no effect on suicide ganking mission runners as those worth ganking (officer/deadspace/faction fit) will still be very profitable.

When I quit a game, I cry and cut myself, as opposed to making the mature decision that I do not want / do not have time to continue playing.

(Also, I've not made that decision yet. Get out, beggar.)

Highsec peasants annoy me. YARRRR!!

You don't frighten me, Gallente pigdog. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries.

Enough with the (not so) clever quotes. Go on, wardec, it's fun! I'll make it mutual and we can hunt each other throughout EVE! It's epic PvP! You can even bring your main into it.

Or is it that you don't like PvP that much when people actually shoot back?

Calling it now!

No, thats a separate one where a GM will tell you how everybody makes mistakes and that you are a truly interesting, nice and original human being.

Its up for implementation some time in 2009, they just need to find some new age people and train them to be game masters.

This, the highlighted portion -- I would actually support. Anchorable "Naming" Beacons that give the owners of 0.0 systems the power to call it something other than "y0-n00b" would give pilots small targets that are actually worth fighting over.
