Hi all.

I'm looking for the absolute best setup, using market-available modules, for sustaining dual-MWD speeds for as long as possible.

Here's my current setup:

MED SLOTS: 2 1MN MWDs

LO SLOTS: 4 capacitor power relay 1's

With this setup, I can sustain 21.8km/sec for about 3- - 40 seconds, which gets me around 900km distance.

What would be a better setup, using non-named modules? yes, I know I can use named 1mn MWD's and get a significant boost.. I just need to find some. I'm mostly wondering about the low slots.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're in it for the speed learn up minmatar frigate5.

Otherwise you got pretty much the fastest intie setup using normal items there is.

Med slots: 2 of the best named 1mn MWDs, the rest of your medslots filled with small capacitor battery IIs.

Low slots: Cap relays as mentioned above.

Also train your acceleration control, having it at level 4 makes your 500% mwd boost increase to 600%.

Ahh...

thanks for the info about acceleration control. I'd forgotten about that skill. I have that at 3 right now.

Gonna get me some named MWD's.

You see, I like hunting-down people's safespots and jacking their abandoned ships. :)

Take care.

Also not 2 mdws, 1 small cap battery and 3 relays might allow you to fly futher with a taranis (im quite certain of that actually). Dunno how much speed you loose with it though.
