The only thing that I can find in my e-mail from EVE Store is the billing info and ordernumber :(

If they do it the same as last year they don't send tickets, but ticket numbers then you collect your ticket when you arrive.

Due to confusion over this I've raised a petition. And i've linked this thread in it, hopefully it will be picked up and anyone else who has made this mistake will be sorted out.

A developer response to clarify this issue would be apprechiated. Why on earth would you have two links to fanfest passes 08 in the store Sad

Nice going with a petition, didn't think of that myself. Yeah, don't understand why there are two different FanFest Pass in Store. Hopefully this will be solved fast and easy. The order has already gone to Paid state so can't cancel the order either and don't want to order one througt the "official" way either before we get to hear anything from CCP.

I got a confirmation numbe ron the page after payinga nd in e-mail I just used one of the links which was posted but can'nt really say which one I used outof the 2

I used the first link, like others have. I have recieved an order form telling my ordernumber and such but no fanfest Confirmation No like i did last year. Have filed a question to CCP's Sales team. Hope to get answer i can share with the rest of you in the same situation.

And here is the problem. Those that used THAT link, got the codes needed. Those of us that used https://store.eve-online.com/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=129 did NOT get it all...

Quite right. Since we've got no response on the forums I used the contact form on the store pages to ask them what's up and if necessary change my order. Haven't heard from them yet, but we'll see... Will post again as soon as I get a reply ofc.

I doubt there's any reason to worry anyway... The order confirmation mail and order tracking page says that it's been paid, so the absolute worst-case scenario I think is that we'll have to ask them to change our order. But something tells me that we needn't bother, they'll probably sort it out themselves.
I'm curious though, why do they want to know what corp we're in? Smile (order form for the real pass)

dev response there, gist of it is the link was never supposed to be public and they say they will be sending the codes to everyone who used it over the next week.
