OK heres to clear things up for all the idiots out there.
Most of CCP's subscribers pay with time cards, which are brought in dollars. CCP's costs are in GBP and ISK (The actual icelandic currency). Thus with the dollar falling massivly ccp arnt getting the same income they are getting much much less. Thus the price has to be raised.
When people complain about the price of 60d's being 350-400, while the old 90d's being about the same, yes its to do with supply and demand.
Why does everyone forget that people selling timecards want the same amount of isk for their dollar. 60d and ex90d cost about the same and so people selling them want the same amount of isk. SIMPLE AS. I couldnt care less if its only 60d, after spending $35 I want a similar amount of isk that I could of got for $38.
