Currently the highest support shown for an issue (the 35% price increase of GTC's) has roughly 4% of the required amount for automatic raising. IN addition the 2 publically-open CSM forums have, after 2 weeks, roughly 500 threads between them - this is less than even the TCG forums got! Coupled with an 11% voter turnout in the CSM elections I would consider that this demonstrates just how broken and irrelevant this entire idea is.

The vast majority of EVE players are either entirely uninterested in the CSM, are completely unaware of it or have absolutely no faith in it.

CCP, at what point, what degree of player apathy, do you write this whole CSM project off as a complete failure?

Fow what it's worth, I am not optimistic about the effectiveness of the whole CSM project, but regardless I still participate in the issues and votes. Despite my opinion, I do not feel I can be justified in my view unless I have given the process a chance for success or failure, and that chance requires active participation.

Yes, that's why I've posted here, because I feel the same way.

But when even the CSM reps themselves don't respond to questions specifically aimed at them my hopes for the success of this venture fade ever further into the distance.
