Can someone explain out the Advanced Market works?

Here's my experience so far. I have some minerals to sell. I go to do a Quick Sell and get a warning that I'm selling under the average price. OK, that's no good, so I go to the advanced market screen.

Now, I click on the demand tab, right? Then on the "constellation" filter. It shows me 5 or 6 star systems. Some have a colored blur around them, most don't. On the ones that do, if I have the mouse over them I get "Best price blah blah" which is fine.

But what about the ones that have no red or green color (which is most of them)? I can't seem to get prices there. And in my example case, all the color-coded systems were the same, and all gave the standard price for the mineral I was selling.

So how/where can I find this fabled station that'll buy my 4 isk minerals for 7 isk (or whatever). Could it be that only 2 systems in a constellation are willing to buy my common minerals?

Sorry for the stupid questions. I really want to love this game, and when I can figure out how to play it, I do. But I keep coming up against roadblocks that trip me up.

When looking at advanced market info if the system does not have a glowing sphere (ie its the default blue) they thethen it just means there is no demand/supply (depending on tab) in that system..

If there is only 1 price in your search area then all the dots will be the same color (think it defaults to red). When there are a range of prices then they are color coded with green being the best prices and red the worst.
