The Chaplain tries to pose sexy but fails utterly. He pauses for a moment to remind himself why he’s here in the first place. He looks down on the papers in front of him. The papers are all manifests and statements from other candidates. He clears his throat.

“It seems many have formed or created some sort of election material in form of statements made on the forums or on private networks. All these seems be well written and many even have true value.”

The Chaplain pauses for a moment and looks troubled.

“It seems I have none."

The Chaplain looks even more troubled.

“It’s the sad truth…”

The Chaplain tries to repose himself after his failure at a sexy pose.

“This may be true but I’ll try to change this through this speech. First of all I like to say I like to fight, mine, produce, invent and do missions for my lovely agent.”

The Chaplain sighs.

“But early it was clear to me that I couldn’t do all this alone. So with some like-minded individuals we founded the corporation Nomads and started to explore the world of EvE.”

The Chaplain takes a moment to remember the old times. He smiles and chuckles as fond memories come into mind. He pauses and frowns. A painful memory tackles his out-going and carefree personality. The Chaplain continues.

“I was sadly ripped away from this world by a glitch in a cloning process on an Amarrian station. 5 years I was trapped in limbo before a technician got the cloning process fixed and I could once again be a part of this world we call home.”

The Chaplain puts a finger to his forehead as a gesture of deep thought.

“My last statement may be taken as a bias against Amarrians.”

The Chaplain smiles and tries to keep laughter from bursting out like a volcano.

“It’s safe to say I don’t trust or like Amarrians. Some are okay of course but I’m in no hurry to find out.”

The Chaplain shakes off the sad memories and focuses on the task at hand.

“I have no way to say that I work for the little man on the factory floor or the small time miner that mines the huge veldspar asteroids in what’s called empire space. I’m part of an old corporation and this corporation is part of an alliance and that alliance is part of an even bigger alliance … and so on. So you can say I’m a part of the power game in our world. I’m a peon in the game and I kind of like it. Of course I’m just a small piece and I’m in fact better at loosing ships than most.”

The Chaplain smiles at his own last remark.

“Damn you Solar Fleet!”

The Chaplain laughs and continues.

“So now you know a bit about my background. Now there’s only the question: Why Vote for Me. I could of course give you some cheesy comment like: Because you can.”

The Chaplain chuckles and then smiles. He takes a deep breath and continues.

“Yeah, I know I did say that, didn’t I? Yes of course now you have the option to vote and that’s reason I guess. I like to have fun and I like to make the world fun. There’re enough grumpy and power hungry people out there. Power in itself can be rewarding and nice to have I guess. I wouldn’t know I’m just the peon that's following orders.”

The Chaplain pauses for a moment.

“We have many lives thanks to the cloning technology. But if we don’t have fun what is this time given to us worth? Nothing at all is the answer!”

The Chaplain reposes and stands tall.

“That’s the reason why you should vote for me. I’ll work for a fun world. No, I don’t know how but I’ll sure try!”

The Chaplain stands down and walks away singing a little song for himself.

The Chaplain looks over some documents brought to him by one of his spies. Noticing that he’s watched he stands up.

“And you don’t have spies? … or well never mind.”

The Chaplain searches the document for the information he seeks, the identity of his secret benefactor and there it is.

“My life is in the hands of this guy … "

The Chaplain sighs and chuckles.

"Life is cruel sometimes”

I have several questions, and taking a page out of Talkuth Rel’s book, I decided to ask each candidate in their own thread…

1) Invention – A good idea that still needs work…
a. Have you ever tried invention?
b. What ideas do you have to improve invention?

2) Pilot Security Level – Should it be more important?
a. (In High Sec) – Should Concord react faster if the victim has a higher security level? If the attacker has a lower rating?
b. Should the Security Level of a system affect changes to Pilot Security level changes?
c. Should the Security Level of a Targeted Pilot have more of an effect on the security change of the attacker?

3) Industry – The Creators of Eve
a. Do you regularly build anything?
b. Do you regularly mine?
c. What do you think could be done to improve industry in Eve?
d. You have been asked to help with new ships for industrial characters, describe a few ideas…

b. What ideas do you have to improve invention?

"The answer to A must be a very small yes. I have only done the basic training when you start out as a pilot.”

The Chaplain pauses for thought.

“To B I would say, make the science and industry interface a bit easier to navigate and make the decryptors a bit easier to come by. Also the input should influence the output, input a better tech 1 bpc should give a better chance at a better tech 2 bpc.”

The Chaplain stops in mid sentence.

“But then again the winds of change are whispering things like Tech 3. This will hopefully also reinvent invention.”

The Chaplain exams the next line of questions.

“A. I’ll go whit a why not. Concord should service its friends better and be faster to catch its enemies. Again with B I’ll go with a why not. Some zones are just more sensitive than others. It should be worse to start firing in the capital system than in a backwater system.”

The Chaplain frowns when he looks over C.

“Murder is still murder. When that is said maybe the whole bounty system is in a need of a check-up. As it’s now it don’t really works. The idea with tradable Kill rights I like but there’re always some people who find loop-holes.”

The Chaplain pauses to catch his breath. Then he takes a look at the last questions.

”The answer to both A and B is: Not I personally but my girls do mine and build things for Nomads.”

The Chaplain takes a sip of his Juk’ta beer. Then he scratches his bale head.

“Ways to improve the industry in the universe…”

The Chaplain frowns then smiles and laughs.

“Lower trit prices!?”

The Chaplain chuckles.

“Well… I have been talking about the interface. Mostly the changes are to be made in the invention department, so that invention is profitable and not just a waste of money on some items.”

The Chaplain takes a moment to think.

“New industrial ship designs you say… well I have 2 ideas for new types, a big mothership type and small Empire version of the Rorqual with the ability to compress ore. Maybe also a ship module to fit on transport ships so they can compress ore themselves.”

The Chaplain sighs and smiles.

“That’s it I guess.”

The Chaplain sings a little happy tone and walks away.

ArrowHow is your view on the BACON application and future projects like that?
And to follow up on that question.. How is your view on the local channel?

ArrowWill your top prioriti be to get CCP to focus more on the lag/desync issues rahter than more new content?

ArrowAnd will exotic dancers soon have a more realistic effect on all male players instead of just being a icon in my hangar?... Remember thats about 98% of eve's population we are talking about here :=)

The Chaplain sits in his office at the Nomads home base and looks over some questions sent to him by the beautiful Zephiya. He pauses for a moment of thought and starts to write his replies.

The Chaplain frowns and gets an itch. He takes a hand to his bale head and scratches the new itch. Then he clears his throat.

“Bacon… is something that tastes good with eggs and it should have stayed that way.”

The Chaplain stops a moment to think things over. Did he forget something? No!

“That’s what I have to say about bacon.”

The Chaplain ponders when he looks over the next question.

“I have always hated things that are forced upon you. The local communication channel is just one of these things. The main problem and the main gain is that the local channel makes you award of other people in the system. This is a problem when it’s used for intelligence. The gain is that you don’t feel all alone in space. My take on this problem is to scale the local channel, in empire space the local channel is still a must, in low sec let’s make the constellation channel the new local, and last in 0.0 none of the above. I’m still amazed that someone is funding the local channel network all over the universe, must be a real isk sink.”

The Chaplain pauses to gather his thoughts. Then he looks at the next question.

“Traffic is always a problem when it gets out of hand. Traffic jams are always a murder and no fun at all.”

The Chaplain smiles when he sees the last question. He opens a new Juk’ta beer and answer with a little smile on his face.

“This has always been one of my key issues, but then again why only for the males, there should be dancers for both sexes. Remember sex is not the enemy.”

The Chaplain sends the answers to Zephiya. The he finishes his beer and says to himself.

“Where are my girls at?”

The Chaplain walks out of the room in search of one of his lovely girls. The Chaplain sings an old forgotten tone.
