Recently i have run into two things about how contracting works that i don't like.
* Contracting damaged items
Why can't you contract items that are damaged?
Lets say you have a ship with damaged drones in a station that was lost and you don't have a jump clone there.
Then you can't put up a contract to sell it, or do anything at all with it other than trashing the ship.
So i suggest that the contract system is modified so it allows for contracting damaged items and then put a text or something notifying the one that accepts the contract that it contains damaged items.
Or at least allow damaged items to be contracted only in private contracts.
* 10% bid increment rule on auctions
I had no idea there was a minimum bid increment like this until i ran into it and read the help.
I can understand why this is necessary, you don't want someone to add just .01 and have the auction go on forever.
But if you are auctioning an expensive item with not many 10% increments between the starting bid and the buyout your not going to get a good auction.
And 10% may be too much sometimes.
So i suggest that this be looked into, maybe have it dynamically adjust so the higher value it is the lower the percentage is, or allow the one setting up the contract to specify bid increment either in isk or percentage (within reason of course)

1. very solid point
2. i never make or accept auctions, because bad guys will always bid with their alt accounts
perhaps damaged items could go in freeform contracts, but i still want to be able to get rid of the item remotely w/o having to repair it.
fixing an item is not a money issue, in fact it is more an issue of being unable to get to the place itself
