Your job is to get your corp to work as a "corporation" and not as a collection of solo players. The whole point of the player corp is built from the wardec feature, thats why you have NPC corps with its safetynet of being immune to war. By joining a player corp, you agree to its consequences. All playercorps will eventually attract a war, so you should be working as a corp to come up with a plan. Such as a stockpile, a merc fund or whatever it takes to keep your corp alive.
but if you choose to ignore all advise and remain as a collection of solo players, then expect your corp to fall apart via wardecs etc.
