So with the ending of the fifth tournament comes the preparation for the sixth. This needs to start today! So assuming that two people who really do not like each other (myself, and jamesw) I hope we can get together and put effort into getting the 6th tournament organized and running. Assuming James is willing to work with me this is what I want to get started on.

1. People who are interested in participating please respond so we can get a rough estimate as to how many teams are willing, or even just considering at this point, to becoming a part of this. This will allow us to tweak the bracket set-up as people want to join or drop out.
2. Make a sticky thread open to everyone to throw ideas at us. What do you want to see? What do you want to see eliminated? Anything really, no idea is a bad idea. Throw them all at us.
3. Gather a group of people whom I and James can eve-mail in game, or are all welcomed on our ts at anytime, to decide on final rules and regulations.
4. Get CCP employees and GM's in on this at the beginning! This isnt something thrown together in 2-3 months. We need every day to get this right.

This is just what I want to get done this week. Obviously the teams, suggestions ,and rulings will be a constant ongoing process until the final decision 2 weeks before the beginning date of the tournament. After this point the only changes would be ones that are of significant order. Of which all teams will be personally contacted by myself or someone else to give them the rules, times, and anything else they may need. Information is power and teams need to be informed during the entire process. Regular updates will be available in a sticky to anyone to read.

I hope we can this rolling. JamesW and I may butt heads, but I think we can respect each other enough to bounce ideas off each other.

Can CCP achieve proactive stakeholder engagement?

Wild your way of presenting this is rubbish, but the 4 points are good ideas. Cool
