We all know that the bounty system as it is atm is more or less useless due to Jump Clones and the fact that you can just kill yourself with an alt/corpmate.

I'd like to see some extra features in the Place Bounty menu for example the ability to make a contract bounty with an individual character or a corp.

Example:
Current system:
Pirate (A) kill Carebear (1)
Carebear (1) become angry and put a 200 million bounty on Pirate (A)
Pirate (A) jumps into a fresh clone and let Pirate (B) kill him.
Pirate (B) give Pirate (A) the bounty and carebear (1) just gave Pirate (A) 200 million - clone cost.

New system:
Pirate (A) kill Carebear (1)
Carebear (1) become angry and contact a bounty hunter or a merc corp.
Carebear (1) agrees price with the merc corp, and set up a contract wich includes stuff like:

Pod Yes/No (Indicates wether or not the Pirate is to be podded for contract to be fullfilled.)
Ship Yes/No (Indicates wether or not the Pirate is to lose a ship contract to be fullfilled.)
Ship class: (Indicates what ship classes the pirate should lose for contract to be fullfilled.)
Frigate [Tick one or more]
Assault Frigate [Tick one or more]
Interceptor [Tick one or more]

Then the contract can only be fulfilled by the specific pilot (or corp) and has to meet the demands for the bounty to be paid.

Ideas/Flame welcome.
