LOl
have a blast at the war

my first ever war dec i left the corp as we only numbered 4 people against there 16 and we were all noobs

my second wardec has just finished
in this one we hunted in packs and i think they funniest high point was when our friends corps all war decced them as well

at one point i think we had them outnumbered in a system by 5-1 and what did they do? hid in the station, oh no it was alright for them to outumber us (6-1 ship!!) but as soon as we get organised ( and we were in BS,BC, HAC, Assault, SB) they play carebears and hide

they then cancelled the Wardec and had the cheek to say, we were not bad at it , room for improvment etc

took a lot of effort not to send them a mail after that

i do however believe the other corps have refused to yield and have the war dec still ongoing :)

Now there's a healthy attitude to war decs. More newbies should share this mindset instead of littering various forums about the "unfairness" of one sided wars. Have a blast and remember the submarine law, it's not about the number of ships, it's about the tonnage. As long as their losses cost more to replace than yours you are doing alright.

well I dont know about that rofl. For sure I'm the one whose going to suffer more in repairs and replacements with the lesser funds too. I gather some of the enemy players have been playing since 2005 too.

Of course my other thought is to get an alt outside of the corp and play kiss-chase and pass info onto our side of where the enemy is.

The trick is never to fly alone. A fleet of frigates is quite capable of blowing up a battleship even if it brings a buddy with him. Sure you will lose ships too, but a handful of T1 frigates is still a lot cheaper to replace than a single battleship so you are still inflicting more damage to them than they to you. That tactic is so solid and indisputable that it's become the staple tactic of Goonswarm, one of the large 0.0 alliances.
