I guess I would like to know how long a person should wait for a response to a petition? If it is taking to long who and how do I send it to some one who cares about what is going on. I am sorry if this is not in the right place but could not find a better place to put it. my petition has been in about 1 week.

1. What kind of petition is it? Different petitions have different response times depending on how important they are.
2. It's no a matter of someone not caring about your petition, petitions are generally taken care of in the order they arrive...most likely your petition hasn't been looked at yet or is still being examined (checking server logs for example).

Its been since the ninth of December for me so thats 11 days and counting. I submitted a second petetion today wondering if it got lost in the mix. Regardless of wether they replace or not they should still notify you of their decision. Also, when they give you a replacement...like a ship for example where do they put it? Do they put it in the station you are currently docked at? I understand that there are probably a lot of petetions in but a week+ is just ridiculous.Sad

Creating the petition won't help at all, in fact it may actually hurt you. Petitions generally don't get lost in the mix, if you have a question regarding a petition you should send it to kieron@eve-online.com.

If you create a second petition about the same subject while the first is still open, GMs (who have to deal with hundreds of petitions a day) may frown upon that and might move you petition back in the queue to your second petition.

The station you most recently visited, or the one you're docked at. I had a Phantasm delivered to me 50 jumps from empire after losing it to concord due to an overview bug.

if you label it properly and it is a high priority petition it should take no longer than 48 hours

otherwise it will probably time out before you get any answers unless you are lucky
