There is a patch coming this tuesday. Perhaps some of these "bugs" are addressed in the patch? What bugs are you talking about? The ones I have encountered are getting fixed in the patch.

There are no bugs, only hidden "features" that even the devs didn't know about....

I like the bugs. They give the game some soul. They let me know that the people who made the game are only human. Just like in ancient Persia the carpet-weavers would deliberately weave a mistake or two into every single Persian carpet, because to make a perfect carpet was to insult God by trying to be better than him, EVE also is not perfect. If EVE devs were perfect, the gods would strike them down, and then you would have no EVE so I suggest you suck up the bugs. If anything you should ask for more bugs, not less.

I cried when I started up Trinity and found out that the bug where you can get an all-black sky by fiddling with the map had been fixed. I hope that bug comes back, because I like an all-black sky, not this offensively gaudy underwater smoke-bomb look that seems to be EVE's visual style.

Bugs are also good because they give people something to complain about, which makes them feel important. Without the positive psychological reinforcement that complaining about bugs provides, a lot of people would simply leave EVE.
