Hey, did a search on this and didn't find anything; probably looked for the wrong terms.
What is the keyboard shortcut for low slot activation? Ctrl+F1 is not working, nor is Command+F1. I can drag my lows to mids (Alt) for the time being, but eventually I imagine it would be useful to be able to activate things in the third row...am I doing something wrong? I've used my MBP keyboard with fn key and a wireless keyboard; neither work. Bug?
Thanks for your help. |

Edited by: Ergzay Stargazer on 01/12/2007 00:23:19 Hi slots: F keys Mid slots: alt (option on macs) + F keys Lo slots: ctrl + F keys You can see them if you right click the little white right pointing arrow beneath the bottom right hand corner of the circle HUD on the bottom of your screen and select "Show Empty Module Slots" It shows the hot keys on the buttons that aren't used.
Edit: Most likely what your problem is is that you have your F1-F12 keys set for the Mac OS X options which on mac laptops means that F1 is lower brightness and F2 is raise brightness. You have to go into System Preferences --> Keyboard & Mouse --> Keyboard --> hit the checkbox labeled "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" After you do that you just will have to use the Fn key and the F keys to raise and lower the brightness and volume. |

Thanks for trying to help but I'm afraid that's not the problem :( All slot shortcuts for mid and high were working (I was using the Fn key or wireless keyboard), but Ctrl for lows is not; neither on wireless nor in either of the keyboard setting modes. Anyone else having this problem? |
