Mac client users will need to download and apply a different client patch. We will upload and publish the link for on the 27th during the maintenance downtime.

Try again .. installed the new patch .. bought one item, undocked and it froze up
Is there something specifically we can be looking for to help the dev's debug? |

Yes the freezes, crashes have gotten worse again after patch applied. |

Yup, my freezes, usually accompanied by the game clock speedup I've been seeing, are as frequent as before the patch. Plus, the first jump I made after patching left me stranded between systems, something I never saw before. Fortunately, all jumps since have been okay. |

Could you log a bug, attaching your Apple system profiler for this? Please include where the freezes are happening for you if you are able to narrow it down to a specific thing you are doing. Also, where are you seeing the game clock speedup? Thanks! Sean |

Sure thing...I'll do it when I get home from work. I actually submitted a report a couple weeks ago but was notified it was closed because I didn't submit any logs with it. I looked through what EVE logs I could find but saw nothing that was relevant. Of course, I could have missed some logs buried deep in the directory structure in ~/Library/Preferences/EVE Online Preferences or in a location about which I don't know...so are there any EVE-specific logs that might help? |

If you could give some instructions on how to do this I'm sure you'd get all the bug reports you'd need. I'd be glad to help with the bug snatching, but I've never used Mac development tools and I suspect many of your users haven't either. |

1. Go to "about this mac" in the apple menu. Hit the "more info" button. Save. 2. Go to the "bug reporting" link on the left side of the page. Fill out the form, then attach the file you saved in step 1. |

After a patch it is always recommended to clear the cache folder. Try that and see if it gets any better. |

It wont let me update, when i select my eve client it says: Cannot apply the patch on this file, please re-install.
Does this mean I need to completely reinstall eve first? |

2 days ago I wiped my EVE installation, re-installed and applied the patch. Haven't had a single freeze since then. |
