I lost all interest the moment Hiro went into the future in the first season.

Peter Pertrelli as Emo extreme complete with brooding comb over floppy hair. fud-tastic.

I continued watching the rest of the series hoping for an epic conclusion and was instead slapped in the face by 'bleh'

Started off Epic then fell flat on it's face.

so, my memory is kinda bad, but didn't hiro travel to the future, where he saw the bomb, in one of the first episodes?

so... started off epic is what, 2 episodes to you? while the 3rd was a epic fall to it's face?

do you judge all TV shows by seeing just 3 episodes?

Your memory is bad.
Do you judge other people by your failed memory?
IMDB is your friend

Season 1, Episode 20: Five Years Gone
Original Air Date: 30 April 2007
This episode takes us five years into the future with Hiro and Ando. We meet a brunette Claire Bennet, a "very different" Matt Parkman, and a Niki/Jessica that have combined into one individual.

Also, before you winge again. I didnt lose intrest just because of the bad hair Laughing
The acting/script had a jolly good portion of the blame.

you should actually WATCH the show, rather than using websites to gather info.

hiros first time travel was in episode #2

Quote:

Hiro is teleported to the Times Square and finds a comic book written by Isaac Mendez telling his saga. He goes to Isaac studio, finds him dead and is arrested by the police.

(he teleports to NY, but he doesn't realize yet that he has TIMETRAVELED into the future too)

or maybe next time u might want to SPECIFY better, coz

doesn't really say to what episode u refer.

anyways... go and get a clue, willya?

Blood hell son. When did I say anything about Hiro first jump into the future.

Peter Petrelli, was he in his first trip 'No' .....uuuuh. Take the idea of me saying the first jump into the future and throw it far far away. Congratulations you are now 'hopefully' on the same page!

and yes i did specify. Hiro's jump to the future Emo-Peter. Couldnt get more specific it was one episode!

In the future when commenting on a like/dislike i will specify the series / season / episode and exact time of said like/dislike I will then back up my claim with screen grabs and eye witness accounts all to make you happy.

I was making a comment on how I believed the series began so much better than it ended. You had to go all anally retentive on me!

STFU already. don't try to clean your mess up now...

1) I lost all inte bla bla bla bla... u say NOTHING about what jump into the future u refer, if the one in episode 2 or 20
2) PERIOD+INTRO: aka NEW PARRAGRAPH
3) Peter emo bla bla bla... you separate both things pretty clear to me. where is hiros jump related with peters emo in your post? nowhere, you threat them as two separate things.
maybe the problem here is that u need to learn to write?

STFU already, u have no idea what you're talking about and your whining about the first season (which is far better than the second one so far***) is far from justified.

(*** fanbase complained so much about season#2 being too much "pew pew" that scripters apologiced officially and said thing will go "back to normal" like season#1 in the episode that will be aired in 2 weeks)

WoW so much rage and anger. Im not trying to cover up any 'mess' Jesus you make it sound like i killed someone.

Allow me to be more specific. [Clears throat]

Heroes started very well. We were introduced to all these characters and there abilities and by in large each one was amazing.
However as the series progressed it seemed like they were painstakingly trying to combine all there lifes into the one plot. Having what 15+ (20)maybe characters all entangled in the one plot is goign to make for some pretty unrealistic viewing.

I laughed everytime they conveniently crossed each others paths. I can suspend disbelief and imagine a world where people have these extraordinairy powers but by god how small is the world they live in when they can't walk down the street without bumping into each other. It became a joke!

So okay that aside it was good right?! Nah. The characters all seemed to fumble along up until the climatic conclusion [yawn]

I would have much rather have seen the individual characters progress seperately. Have them all use there abilities seperately with a grand overarching plot. Not lets have everyone entangled in this huge mess of a plot. You can almost hear the strain the writers must have been under trying to explain why character 'a' had to be there at that specific point alongside 'b, c d e f g h i j k and l'

Having all these super power folks all running around makes it seem like everyones 'sooper' and when everyones 'sooper' no one is! As i said it was better in the beginning when they were each coming into there power and it was all scary and new.

The whole agency is watching you thing was pathetic as well. (I can't be bothered going into all that, sufficed to say it was god awful)
Sylar and Hiro were the only two good characters in the end but they alone weren't enough to make me watch anymore.

I don't give too hoots about the second series. I don't care if fans think its bad and the first series was great. I watched all of the first series and thought it was aimed more at younger folks 15yrs etc.

Then again ive heard folk swear by Lost and I laughed and stopped watching that after season 1 as well.

There it is summed up. I can't be arsed giving a complete run through of my every thought concerning Heroes. So that will have to do.

Heroes = okay but hardly a must see show!

see? wasn't THAT hard to be more specific, huh? next time start like that, and not with a one liner post that smells like crap.

besides, if u disliked it that much, why didn't u stop watching totally, huh?

and about characters crossing in heroes and lost... maybe the producers want to make us believe there is something like DESTINY maybe?

but wohooo, u believe in superheroes or icebears on a tropical island, but DESTINY or A BIGGER PLAN... that's just too much for u, right?

Man you have issues. Seriously dude take a chill pill.

Having script writers say something like ummm there all together because its ummm destiny. Is such a cop out. Its lazy and they just hope they can get away with it. It seems like they do.

Icebears on a tropical island?!?! As i said i watched season 1 of lost they never once explained it. So as far as im concerned it was a writers mind fart.
My gripes with Lost are far more numerous than those with Heroes.
I waited patiently for them to explain the 'icebear' otherwise known as a polar bear by the way. They didnt so i didnt suspend disbelief i just got ****ed with them when they didnt bother.

p.s. As i said i kept watching in the hope it would redeem itself. I really did enjoy the first half dozen episodes of the series. I thought it would get better. Im not prone to jumping ship just because of one bad episode, Hell if i did i would have folks like your kind self shouting to the heavens
Your not entitled to an opinion you never watched it all

Now please end of no more rage n hate! I didnt think much of it and you want to sleep with them all. Wink

im joking im joking!

here lies your real problem with all these series.

you're like the 12y. old WoW players. u want it all, and u want it NOW.

turns out the icebear thing got explained. in season 3... but ooooh, that was just a bit too much for you.

same with heroes. if you don't get an explanation of what's going on ASAP, u don't like it.

know what? go back watch CSI, they have no "big plot" and every story ends in same (or maximum next) episode.

haha your a keeper.

12 yr old CSI watching WoW player. hahahaha.

And I suppose you are the pinacle of intellectural enlightenment and your choice of TV shows prooves that!

hahahahahaha hahahahahaha

Look. Listen very closely you very angry young man.
I do not make any assumptions on any group of people.
There are people far smarter than you or I who watch all manners of crap TV from Jerry Springer to CSI and indeed Heroes and Lost. There are those few that play WoW who would cackle madly at how slow witted you and I are.

You cannot make assumptions of others based on there pass times kid. Here endeth lesson 1.

I am saying Heroes is not all that good. 1 opinion in a sea of others. If you cannot handle that I suggest you go poke your head in an oven cos your gonna have a really hard time working out this thing called real life.

I'll leave this thread for you and all your pent up rage have fun and try not to suffocate on your own anger. I would cry myself to sleep if you did hahahahaha

Oh god couldn't resist!
Okay you tell me why I don't have a clue I clearly stated some very valid points regarding Heroes.

I didn't read any points from you other than anger and abuse. In fact reading over your posts there is not one constructive comment regarding Heroes. Just the usual asortment of: GTFO / SHUT UP / GET A CLUE

So maybe (if) you would like to. Tell me exactly why Heroes is so good in your eyes.

You may convince me to admit to being wrong, and giving the second series a chance. However I doubt you would even try. Let alone succeed.

Bare in mind that in my eyes i have only spoken my mind regarding a TV show. You have been at pains to palm me off with GTFO's. Re-read the posts.

Calm and systematic my posting friend.
