That's for trials I think. Full accounts AFAIK still train after being deactivated.

Interesting rumour, but probably untrue.

Skills, have always, and according to some dev statement i read in a stone near the river while tripping on blue pills, will always complete even if accounts run out.

As I understood it, your account would only continue training if it ran out, if you deactivate your account on purpose then it stops

Wrong.

A skill will keep training till completion, regardless of the account being active or inactive. Being a trial doesn't change anything either.

I believe the Asian server works that way (i.e. Skills don't train on disabeld accounts)

There is no training queue, so it can't be disabled. You can only set one skill for training. Once the skill reaches a new level, training stops until you set a new training. There is no queue.

You're the one who is wrong. My account was deactivated last month and my skill stopped training.

I reactivated an alt yesterday that had expired for about a week and the skill continued to train.

Interesting. CCP stated that they removed that in a previous patch at least a year ago.

I also reactivated an account 3 days ago. I put on a 2 weeks long skill before it went inactive and now the skill is finished. So no, training does not stop when your account goes inactive. It works this way on Chinese server but not on Tranquility.

I was away for a month in the summer and put long skills on both of my accounts. They deactivated a week or so in and the skills were both trained when I reactivated once I got back.

Actually, it was mentioned by the devs during fanfest that it is a current bug that prevent training on inactive accounts.

It should be fixed soon™.

It was stated in some patch notes, however the dev in question later admitted that it was not in the game as he had misunderstood the comments of another dev who was talking about the chinese server at the time.

My account ran out a couple of days ago and I only just renewed it. I can confirm I haven't lost a couple of days of training. Due to complete on Thursday.
