OK sometimes I have to go back to an old agent so I go to people places right click on him set destination. Is that right so far? but when I get into his system or sector when I right click on his name again it doesnt give me an option to dock so I have to manualy click on and empty space choose where he is and choose dock all manually. Is there a faster or better way then to do this manually? Thanks...

Not that I am aware of, but I'm relatively new also. I personally don't even use the autopilot anymore. I find it faster (unless I'm temp AFK) to just pilot myself. But usually yes autopilot only takes you to the correct system, not the correct destination.

No personally about it, manual piloting is ALWAYS faster than autopilot, and depending on the size of your ship, it might even be 1/20 of the travelling time. No, there is no way of docking automatically, but if I recall correctly the people and places menu should allow you to dock, the agents tab at least does, iirc.
