Thanks to everyone who commented on the sheet and thereby making the sheet better.
I have corrected all the bugs that were reported on the planet sheet, corp mining and data sheet.
The only error reports i couldn't verify are the ones related to the t2 item sheet, the problems reported in that sheet seems to work fine for me.

This is a great sheet just got it today and it has made me over 100m isk from things I didn't even consider.

suggestions......

a clear button I dont know if its left over info from you but it shows me as having items i don't have in the data part

Also in blue prints from t1 / T2 what have you, an auto spawn new line when the rest are full.... some of us have over 300 BPO and the list only holds so many if they added a new row when the others were full it would be very mice :)

the ability to add more then 1 api key dont know back end if this would be alot of work for you but to be able to add all 3 of my chars into 1 sheet for easy management would be wicked

For sure it would be nice if it was possible, to "auto spawn" a new slot. But that is simply not possible with the way the sheet works. I think you need more "program" like application to make this happen, and still then i kinda doubt it will handle 300Bp.
About the API, it has been asked before also, but im still thinking of a good way to implement it to the sheet in a user friendly way.
thanks for the ideas though.

The new sheet with the corrections has now been uploaded. New version 12,7,2

Enjoy

Dedaf,

Not sure if this has been repoted yet but when I save/close the sheet, a pop up asking for the VB Project password comes up before final closure.

This is with MS Office 2010.

Hi there thanks for a great tool, really impressive! :)

I have a problem though, it only lets me edit the UserID and APIKey boxes once. Once i entered i can't change it - I simply cant click them, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi
I have tried to build a industrial tool that covers most of EVE-Online's industry.
You will find tools for mining, building T1, T2, T3, Capitals and Rigs, and latest the Planet interaction

Latest:
The new salvage ship Noctis has been added to the T1 Production ship.
The sheet is build in MS office 2010, so users of 2003 and earlyer office versions needs to download

Quote:

Hi I miss something to manufactur the components of the t2 Components the moonmaterials are in the datasheet but there is nothing to calculate, but everything else is very cool stuff
ps I know now the problem the t2 ship production, your calculation of the components and materials to build components are the same so the t2 ship kost 2x more than it should kost and the price of the component sheed isnt there!

The "own" prices for specialized commodities on the planet sheet are still pulled from the wrong cells on the data sheet. My previous post detailed this problem.

Hi

Few questions

1. How do I add more than one type of T2 ship to the sheet to plan for materials for more than 1 build. i tend to build 5 different types of ships at once.

2. Similar question for T2 Mods tab, I want to have 10 BPC's / BPo's running at once, how do I add more without breaking the sheet.

Regards

Belz

Some of the material requirements for T2 Cruise missiles are incorrect:

For example -4/-4 Paradise fury cruise BCP:
EMP Pulse Generator says 14 required, Spreadsheet says 9
Rocket fuel says 126, Spreadsheet say 86
Phenolic Composites says 59, Spreadsheet says 39

I'm pretty sure this applies to most, if not all t2 Cruise missiles.

Hey again Dedaf!

Found something else:

On the planet tab, None of the item slot work when you select the "Own" pricing from the drop down in advanced commodities. I believe it could be related to how the nano-factory is formatted within the cell (aligned left?). I think that breaks calculation of the price in the item slot one field (says #value!)

On a side note, any chance we could get the faction ships to the t1 item list?

AWESOME Sheet... great job. This thing is saving me a ton of work. There is however a t2 materials mismatch between you sheet and what the game is reporting. I have noticed this mismatch in barrage M, barrage L and all the Fury Cruise missiles. The minerals seem to be reporting correctly, it is just the components and composites that are not displaying correctly. I am using sheet version 12,7,2. Let me know if there is anything you need to help fix this great tool.

Great sheet, but is it possible to let the sheet import stuff from hangar ? For ex, all salvage goods for rig production so i dont have to manually type in "material in stock" ?

Everything i wan to import is not in cans and stuff like that. Full api too.

Or do it exsist something who does that for me ?

On the planet tab:
Planetary vehicles should call for miniature electronics also. Currently, it is only using mechanical parts and supertensile plastics.

Hi

When my corp had pos in WH I used the POS_Production Tab to figure out fule cost and the large towers at the time were pulling the correct information per hour; however, now that my corp set up a research pos in low sec the large tower are not pulling the correct fuel per hour. For example currently for a Caldari Control Tower with max power and cpu it currently says that the tower consumes 3 Enriched Uranium per hour; however, if you show info on the tower it consumes 4 Enriched Uranium per hour. All hourly fuel levels are incorrectly pulling on the spreadsheet.

Hiya,

Not sure if this has been covered before or not. I found a problem with a Modulated Strip Miner II on the T2_items page. The sheet is reporting a T1 item needed of a Modulated Strip Miner I, however the blueprint says it needs a Strip Miner I and a Deep Core Mining Laser I. Also the T2 components reported as being needed are also incorrect. In the T2 iem 1 section they are correct, but these are not portrayed in the section above. I have taken a screenshot to help explain. Screenshot . I am using sheet version 12,7,2

Otherwise, thank you for an amazing spreedsheet.

Hi guys, thanks for all your feedback. I have tried to find and fix most of the issues you have reported.

1) Corrected Specialized Commodities prices in the PI sheet.
2) Modulated mining lasers corrected, it should now use the correct T1 item
3) Corrected material use for Planetary Vehicles in the PI sheet.
4) Pirate faction ships added to the T1 production sheet (Navy ships to come)

Pure Hope: I believe your problem is that you have set the SOV. lvl without noticing, please check cell E32 or E49 or E67 depending on the tower you use.

J Barley: Be sure you use MS Office 2003, 2007 or 2010. Those are the only ones who support import of XML data.

Tanya Asmov: I'm sorry to say that i already know this bug. The problem is that the ME lvl does NOT effect all T2 item material "In Game". I do not see the logic in this, therefore i have not found a solution for this yet in my sheet.

belzebub1: You can not add anymore rows than what you see in the sheet. I wish it was that easy :)

Gamingloser1: Special thanks to you Gamingloser1 for your very well spotted and reported issues. I have tried to fix most of them.

Thanks to all of you again, i hope you will enjoy this new version 12,7,3

Open office does not support import of API or market price information, so that error is what you can expect when using Open Office im afraid.

I'm sorry to hear that some crazy back-end calculation is creating problems for you. One possible short term solution, though I'm not sure how easy i would be to implement, would be to give us the ability to override the material requirements per BPO/BPC for t2 moon materials on an item-by-item basis?

Keep up the good work Dedaf.

Any plans on adding pirate faction ships to the BPC dropdown list for T1 ship manufacturing?

Additionally, is there a way to manually add the pirate ship data?

Great sheet BTW!

The Pirate ships are already in the latest release. but out of the t1 SHIP menu, they are in a sub menu called Pirate ships.

I think i found the logic to it now!! It seems that ME level for ammo and missiles are calculating the t2 material, BUT ME is not calculated for equipment items.
Let me know if there is a item who deviate to this "logic" and i will try to change that item in a future release.

Thank you for making this - I've just replaced my previous version with your new one.

There's so much to look forward to in this, because I don't produce to T2 yet - but, for me, the only thing that is actually missing is RAM Modules from the T1 production.

I can see them in the T2 section, but I actually build some of these on an alt, and it'd be great to see (just as easily) the profitability of them, v's my other building options for those minerals; if that makes sense...

Thank you again, though. This is extremely useful.

Great work I absolutely love it. saves me hours of time doing calculations. I would really like to see more rows for the different ore types in the mining tab and also the corp mining tabs seem overly complicated. but it is a GREAT!! tool thank you vary much for sharing it.

edit:
maybe this ability already exists and i haven't found how to use it yet but i also think i would be useful if after importing skill data if we could see the names of each skill (not just "skill" and an ID number) and be able to adjust them so we can see what skills are worth training and what we can look forward to. thanks again.

Great job and this sheet has made my life a lot easier. Still there's an issue I'd like to point out. Don't know if it has been mentioned yet but the hybrid component requirements for T3 hulls are somewhat inflated, at least for me. Can't recall them right now of the top of my head but the three components with highest volumes are overestimated by either 1 or 2 units per hull.

Now, all the material quantities for the Barrage M, Cataclysm Fury, and paradise fury are being over reported by a lot. I would guess that the same holds true for other items as well. The previous release showed only the moon materials (i.e. Fernite Carbide and Fullerides, ect.) being mis-reported, with the minerals being reported accurately. With he new release ALL stated minerals are being thrown off. Also when I select paradise cruise missiles, it is getting an error looking up the EMP generator BPO needed for production.

The thing is that the feed that gives the skill level does not provide the name, but only the word skill. So to get the name i will have to create a special feed just to convert the Skill ID in to a name. To be honest, i dont want to spend the time doing it :) sry
But i have unlocked the cells containing the skill lvl so you can change the lvl if u wish to and know the skill ID. easy waht to get the Skill ID is to do a market export of the skill u want the ID of, that export will contain the ID.

I have fixed this issue. It turns out that the T3 BPc does not have a waist factor. but my sheet thought it did, this has now been changed, so you should see the correct numbers now.

I think the problem u have is related to you setting a incorrect ME level. and the error you talk about with the EMP BPo error is because you havent selected the BPo and set its ME level. You do this from cell E114 and down. Hope this helps you.

To be honest i thought i had them already, but i only had the components needed to build the station not the station itself.
I think i will have to create an new sheet just for Outpost building. So i cant say when this will come. But thanks for feedback.
