Is the character set to "Without Skills"? Are you sure you put the right modules on? Did you import your implants? Are you sure it's the right ship?

It seems the spreading of heat in EFT is calculated differently then in the game itself. In EFT heat damages only modules next to it, in the game heat from the first slot spreads to the last slot, too. I've observed it with a Vagabond with MWD, LSE, LSE, Point in the midslots. I've overheated the MWD and the point got damaged. |

Edited by: Mfume Apocal on 14/03/2011 11:48:29 @ that above poster, I'm fairly certain the percentage displayed in EFT is the probability of that module taking heat damage. On TQ, it's a random chance what on the rack takes heat damage, so it's hard to display it any other way.
On a different subject, I'm running into a minor issue, when I apply commandship bonuses to a Scimi's reps and drag the shield transpos into the Scimi's projected effects box, the bonuses are applied. So far, so good.
But when I drag those same shield transpos to a different ship's projected effects box, the bonuses are not applied.
What am I doing wrong? |

Ok I want to say thanks, first of all, for providing what is, in my opinion at least, an essential tool for EVE!
However I can't seem to get EFT to show my ship's fittings after I import my characters. It does show the ship default details, but I just can't seem to figure out how to get my modules to show up. Also, I seem to need to connect in the character editor (yes I have checked the box to remember my user id etc..)
I'm using Win7 and EFT 2.13.3 - maybe this is a Win7 thing, or I'm just doing something wrong. In any case at the moment I'm getting nothing out of EFT. |

Little Feature request of mine:
A way to be able to mark faction/deadspace items as "owned" using a small icon or similar would be nice.
The reason is that I am more than often surprised as to what special items I actually own when I really look trough all my assets.
A simple way would be to enable rightclick and "mark as owned" in the item list, a great way would be to utilze the full API and process all assets.

Can you explain what the problem is a bit more clearly? You do realise you dont get your ships you got fitted in eve automatically in eft or something similar? |

Moving from version 2.13.2 to 2.13.3 I noticed that the available CPU on the nemesis is incorrect in 2.13.3 (it was correct in 2.13.2).
In 2.13.2 the no skills CPU for the nemesis is 307 (matching the in game info) In 2.13.3 the no skills CPU for the nemesis is 310.07 |

2.13.3 minor bug report
Putting (non-covert) cloaking device offline takes away scan resolution penalty, while in game this penalty still works despite of cloak online/offline status. |

Naglfar volley-/alpha-damage is buggy on certain a config.
With an active siege-mod, add 2x citadel cruise launchers, 2x T2 BCS = volley/alpha 35756. Add 1x Quad 3500mm Siege arty (EMP XL), 3x gyrostab T2 = volley/alpha 20152. Then add a second Quad 3500mm Siege arty (EMP XL) = volley/alpha 40304. Numbers seem a bit off / odd...
All 5s, no other boosters, mods or implants of any kind. |

I think it only takes turrets into account when fitting both them and missile launchers (your launchers have delayed damage compared to turrets, so do not really belong with alpha). |

I have a full LG Slave set and a Noble ZET500(the 3% one) plugged in. According to EFT the armour HP on my punisher should be 3981, but in game it's only 3554. I saw a similar 11%ish difference in my Mega. The resists are all as expected as are the shield HP.
Is this a known bug, or am I missing something?

Guessing you're fitting 400mm RT and 3 x trimarks? Max skills with the implants you mentioned indeed gives me 3981. I can't test it ingame and I can't figure what might cause an 11% drop. It almost seems like eve is stack-nerfing the trimarks :S Can't be right. Can you post ingame screenshots? |

Got me on this one. Can you sit in an unrigged punisher and see what HP it gives? Might give a clue as to what is being calculated wrongly. |

Without rigs the 400mm RT Punisher has 2337 armour in game, and EFT is showing 2617. The difference is still 11%. Just checked in a Maller, EFT is over estimating the armour HP by 11% on that too.
I'm guessing the calculation EFT uses for the LG Slaves needs a bit of a tweak. |

 Thank you, I was hoping it was something simple like that. Guess it's going to cost me another 200mil to fix my problem. I've had that clone for 18 months and never noticed. In my defence I don't use it that often. Oh and thanks for making and continuing to support EFT I've found it an invaluable tool over the years. |

Having some trouble this morning with importing skills in EFT. Disclaimer: Evemon works fine. When I go to import skills it resets them all back to 0. When I made a test character and put my information in for ID and Key and hit connect no characters came up in the selection. I'm not sure if this is a CCP thing or an EFT thing. Again, Evemon works fine. |
