Hey everyone. I have noticed that when I fit shield boost amplifier to any ship that the ship stats don't change. I remember it changed the shield defense efficiency in previous versions. Not sure what version it stopped working for me. Any ideas?

Have version 2.13 atm.
I just don't get it. Is it really so difficult to download the latest version?

Must be since 2.13.1 is the latest, which he either has or is slightly out of date (enough to be trolled, I guess).

2.13.1

Not applying the skills correctly for the Ares interceptor. (Probably for others also). Seems to be counting some LvL5 skills 2x.

Max speed is almost 200m/s slower in reality. MWD calcs are even farther off (same root cause most likely).

One thing I would really like to see added on is to show is, I can open 2 ships and if one or both have remote reps it will show in a separate area how much its repairing and if I don't have a second ship out it just shows the total number of hit points repaired. Same thing with energy transfers so I can see it its going cap stable or not with other ship transferring cap to me or me to it. Basically introducing so that we can see the spider reping numbers. There are also some various stats that it would be nice to see displayed instead of me having to open things out and figure them out. For instance optimal range. Drone control range, stats on drones separate from stats on ship. Recharge stats, ect. Just a few odds and ends that would make this program that much more convenient.

Great job so far and please keep up the good work.

Don't know if this is a bug or i'm just not firm with the correct maths but for me it looks like the thorax mwd bonus is incorrect. When i fit a mwd i increase my capacitor instead of lose some. After checking the values it is calculated like this:
-17% (cap penalty by MWD II) + (5%*Gallente Skill Level).
With MWD II and Gallente Cruiser V you receive a bonus of 8%.
The correct math should be
-17% * (1-(0.05 * Gallente Cruiser Level))
With level V it will be -12,75 cap penalty.

Edit: Same goes for Deimos.

While I agree it would be handy if you can do it with one push of button, to put all reps and stuff of one ship on another, it can already be done with some manual operation. Drag the RR of one ship into the projected effects window of the other ship.

The first method is used by both EFT and by eve itself, so is the correct one.

Small warehead rigor catylyst rig not changing explosion velocity on torps in a hound fit.

Don't know whether the problem is specific but i thought it couldn't hurt provding detail.

Most (all?) explosion radius reduction effects do not work on torpedoes (in game). This is correctly reflected in EFT.

Not just torps, they are no use for any unguided missiles (rockets, hams), just like the guided missile precision skill. The clue for that (but not the rigs) being in the name.

Hmm, EVEMON doesn't seem to grasp the concept of me having spent SP on certain skills. I say it's time for an update. :)

For some reason when I add the Covert Jump Portal Generator to the Panther my mobility goes to 0. I do have the skills to operate it (and have updated my skill data).

I seem to be having some cap discrepancy between EFT and fitting window in Eve. Fitting window says my fit is stable, but EFT claims I have 10mins of cap. I checked that my skills were imported and everything seems to be correct. What gives?

I figured out you need to manually update your char. Press Ctrl-C, pick your imported char, click 'connect', and things should be synchronized with EVE API again. EFT is not EVEMON, which keeps your char updated automagically.

I get the opposite, EFT says I have 52% cap stable but in-game says 6m10s on my Abaddon. Harbringer shows 51% stable in EFT, 39% stable in-game.

Machariel is showing the wrong Sig radius. Should be 340 instead of the 270 its showing.

Medium auxilary nano pumps still do not change armor repair rate when fitted onto a myrm. Posted this earlier, just got a snide "works for me" response. That poster must have been trying nanobot accelerator rigs, those work properly, its the nano pumps that don't.

Works for me, really. Promise. Nothing 'snide' about it.
You're using 2.13.1? Post screenshots.

Yeah, the "mirror" was the way to go. So much simpler.
