ok so my freind managed to figure out my computers password so i thought that i should change it, and i did, but the problem is i accedentaly pressed teh wrong keys, codent log in. after 5 HOURS of diffrent passwords and a severe case of stress i finaly worked it out

anyone else ever done somthing this stupid Laughing

Seriously dude how are you still alive? Are there plenty of warning signs up around your house or have you just gotten lucky? I'm fairly sure there are institutes for people as special as you....

Thats nothing, im a computer geek and trust me I have on MANY MANY occasions spent hours trying to find out why something wont work just to find out its something that is very simple to fix. Which is ALWAYS my fault.

It seems like the better you get at something the stupider you get at doing it.

Thats why I have ERD Commander in my CD case... Boot from CDRom, Change Admin password, reboot, log on.

When I was the TA to the tech department at my old high school, I was tasked with changing all the admin passwords in a 45 station computer lab. On one of the machines, I had a typo in the 15 character alphanumeric password, and spent an hour trying to figure it out before I remembered the backdoor we had.

ok thats nothing i was working on a webpage for school (being a neard pays off i got money!) and there was one page that just would not work i just gave up and skiped that page.

but the page still haunted me i tryed to fix it for 4 Months i just found out that is was missing one semi collen

I been using the same pass word scheme for the past 5 years.. letters and numbers and I stay away from using nouns=)

I am surprise the amount of people who put "what school did you goto" as their sercert question

happend to me couple of week ago.

If you are using Xp, just log in, in safe mode and remove the psw
