Potential Temporary Loss of Service, 27 April from 0530-0600 GMT
reported by: CCP kieron | 2007.04.26 17:43:32

The following is a notification sent to us from our Internet Service Provider in regards to a potential temporary loss of connectivity to EVE Servers. Please note this will not affect all of our customers as we do have redundant connection with other ISPs.

TelecityRedbus will be carrying out emergency maintenance works to the Level 3 IP service tomorrow morning, Friday 27th April from 0530 - 0600 GMT. During the works we will replace a faulty access switch which is currently causing degradation of service for several customers. These maintenance works will result in total loss of service for approximately 5 minutes while the switch is replaced. Once complete, customers should see an improvement in the performance of the service.

Echoing our ISP, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.!
Looks like it went a little beyond the cutoff time.
