Hey guys, starting to train for a Curse and Pilgrim (mostly curse), and feel the need for speed, after all my time in slow BC's and BS's. I have the following ships which I think would make decent nano-ships: Drake, Myrm, Hurricane, and Harbinger. Which would be the best? Thinking Hurricane would be the best, however I have the strong feeling that a Myrm with 3 damps and fit for max speed would be quite the solo-ing ship. Can anyone give advice on their experiences with the tier 2 BC's and nano'ing?

I'm a big fan of old nano myrm, but I met a lot of resistance (aka got called a noob) when I posted about it. It's worse now. It would have to use rigs to be fast enough.

thanks for the reply. Yeah I was gonna rig them out anyway. Was thinking one agilty rig, one mass reduction rig, and one .... ?

The real question is, what setup is viable and whats the best velocity, agility (orbit) possible with that setup?

Is there a speed/agility calculator for ships? I would love to know what orbit I can get on different settings + skills.

Always use Mass Reduction rigs on your ships (Polycarbon Engine Housing) and use mix of Overdrive Injector/Inertia Stabilizer in your low slots to your liking.

Drake is very nice with Mwd, Scram, 3x Damp

Hurricane with Mwd, Scram, 2x LSE II

Expirement with the optimal low slot combinations.
