Tranquility will be taken down for a few moments to apply a server-side patch in order to resolve Market issues resulting from yesterday's patch deployment.

Basically, it's a bug with the market and it's leaking memory all over the place. This is causing alot of node deaths, so we need to reboot and fix it now.

The fix has been checked on Sisi.

I will keep you posted with details as they come in.

I forgot to change my skill the other day.

I try to log in yesterday and the patch wouldn't download

I finally remember I need to set a skill in training, and now the server is down.

remote market mod skills are broken,

its telling me i dont have the skills to mod an order 2 jumps away, also telling me i can only do it 20 jumps away..

The fix we installed could not resolve all of the Market and memory leak issues. We are continuing to work on resolution, it might be necessary to take Tranquility down again before the normally scheduled maintenance downtime tomorrow. If this is the case, we will notify the EVE community with an in-game broadcast as well as continued updates on the forums.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Kieron, the patch intended to fix logging off in a gatecamp makes it much much worse:
If you log off inside an enemy bubblecamp, there is n seconds where you are targettable, where n is your reaction time from entering the system to logging.

Battleships are now pretty much immune to mistakenly jumping into a thousand man enemy camp.


This is much more destructive to gameplay than before (when you could lock down people who logged out with a warp disruptor or bumping).

This goes in the priority queue right after stability/market issues.

Just curious if you all have a time frame for the bug regarding the market remote sell orders?? It still will not let me place sell orders remotely.

This is not a complaint - keep up the good work devs.
