This upgrade is GRIM and has spoiled the game for me. industrial ships are now sitting ducks for PC pirates I got more speed with 4 AB's in TECH 1 than I do with 2 MWD's in Tech 2. MWD's are slower than the old AB's so are no advantage. Acceleration is sluggish and the whole game is slowed down and becomes boring waiting to dock or jump. Missile launcher ships have now a major advantage over turret only vessels like thorax or dominix,these vessels now have little or no defence against torpedoes or missiles, cant even use speed to escape. All ships should have 1 launcher option. Independants or small corporations will find it difficult, not everyone wants to be tied to large corporations and there is a major bias to those who have been in the game a long time. It will be easier for the pirates to prey on the newbies. top speed of my blackbird with 2 MWD was 12km/s it is now 350ms I stand no chance of escaping a PC Pirate at a gate. If it doesn't improve I shall quit to another game.SadConfused

you should bunch your complaints in the same thread as others, the more pages of complaints the devs read the more effect it has on making changes to stop the nerf bat that ccp is swinging hard. With us splitting up and making different posts it just gets sent on the back burner or never even looked at.
The warp disruption was not put in game cause there were 22 pages of complaints and a few guys were there promoting the changes.. guess what style players they were...Rolling Eyes

you have to match AB's and MWD to the type of ship you are flying now.

Im so glad that there is the need for teamwork in eve once again if you want to make the most isk / get the best loot etc. It was becomming far too easy for everyone to "get by" with no real challenge. There may be a few moaners who liked the old setup - but I know for a fact that I have lost a great many of corp members who quit due to EVE having no new challanges.

If this patch promotes teamplay on every level (and I dont care what anyone says, teamplay IS the most fun you can have in EVE - it is a MMORPG after all and not solely a single player game) then it will be good in the long run, not just for the players, but for EVE in general.
