I'm just getting started in the industrial side of the game, and I've got a question for the big shipwrights out there.

Assuming you've got some distance between your production facility and your market, how do you transport battleship sized freight in quantity?

I'm looking at building a Hyperion or two and I'm not quite sure how I'm going to get them to market, short of hiring a pilot to fly them. That's doable but not practical if I get into making ships in volume.

Thanks,

Hire freighter pilot to move them. But then you probably need to make more of them, cos moving two ships is not very efficient. Look for freighter pilot ads in this forum and others too. They usually charge 500-1000k per jump.

I regularly transport ships to market for several customers. Depending on the cargo space needed and the value of the cargo, I charge anywhere from 300k to 1mil isk per jump. Contact me via evemail if you have any more questions and I'll be happy to help you any way I can.
