As announced in the Player News Center, Tranquility will undergo an extended downtime on Tuesday, 30 January from 0800 to 1200 GMT. During this time, a patch will be applied to Revelations including a number of fixes and improvements. Patch Notes are now available. Some updates will be made to the notes over the weekend as more fixes and improvements check through the QA process, these updates will be highlighted in green text. Notification of updates will be made in the Patch Announcement and this post. You are encouraged to read previous Patch Notes for the list of changes and improvements already in place. UPDATE: 29 January, 1730 GMT- The following changes have been made to the patch notes: - The reference to EVE Voice integration and Freighter sensor strength have been removed. These items are still being added, but their inclusion in the patch notes were creating confusion. EVE Voice integration will follow in with a future release, the addition of freighter sensor strength was to resolve an issue with sensor scans.
- The following items have been added to the notes-
- The character creation information text is now spoken.
- Some tutorials have been changed and updated to reflect recent changes to the game.
Update: 29 January, 1900 GMT- German localization is being temporarily disabled, except for the tutorials and introduction movie. German localization will be restored when the translations have been improved. |

This change only moves your undocking ship to a new point of origin. There are new models for all ships, stations, etc. but those are coming in the graphics based expansion later in the year. You can read more about the graphics update in Oveur's Dev Blog and view examples of one of the new Caldari station models in this thread. |

As much as this patch looks nice in most respects, one of the things that I didn't like was: " Isanamo XIV - Moon 9 - School of Applied Knowledge is now owned by Caldari Provisions"
This change now means that I have to go over 10 jumps each way to grab skills from where I am based out of. |

Yeah, that sucks for me too, they removed a very low traffic system school station 3 jumps away from me. |

a) exploration probes will remain borekd then i see at the 0.5 au and 1au end of the tree or is it that the exploration sites have had their signatures halved in value making it twice as hard to find. - has turned it into a big ISK sink
b) person whining about having to leave jita to use their agent - about time 10 jumps isnt that much with wtz.
c) CCP some smart moves tho before u said we removing ice belts before didnt happen so as long as all above happen im fine |
