Why not include the security levels into deciding what price to offer an advanced clone for?
A pirate goes on a killing spree and podkills a number of players and ends up with a low sec score.
A fighter pilot goes hunting and kills a LOT of pirates and ends up with a high sec score.
They goto a station and the clone prices are . . . the SAME?
Whould it not be better to make the very low sec score player clones be VERY expensive and the very high sec score players get a big discount.
It could even be done on a sliding scale depending on you exact sec score.
This would give a bit of an incentive to get a higher sec score as well as making life more difficult for Bas***d pirates who podkill you for no reason except that you are there (With NO CARGO, A Newbie ship and NO WARNING!)
