Trinity Nova Mercenary Services are pleased to announce their availability for contract once again.

We are specialists in guerilla warfare and disruptive operations and are more than happy to take on Alliances or large corporations. Our previous contracted targets include Imperial Order Alliance, Etheral Dawn Alliance, and notoriously Namtz'aar K'in Alliance. In the 9 months since our inception we have destroyed 1,254 enemy assets and have become a multi-billion ISK operation.

If you have a problem that only additional hardware and experience can solve, we'd be happy to discuss your needs.

Please join our open channel 'trinitynova', visit our forums, our website or contact the following people directly - myself, Viqer Fell or Ffaide.

If you want someone to snipe frigates, shuttles, and other meaningless ships, and not really bother anyone during the way, these are you mercs!

The will sit cloaked, and only hit small ships that appear to be afk, and wont really engage in any sort of combat whatsoever.

Unless of course, thats what they were paid to do in the last war against us.

Thankyou for your enquiry Archilies.
To answer your question, it depends on the target (some are less challenging than others, see the first reply) and the mission parameters. We also offer a discount for booking blocks of time in advance rather than a rolling weekly contract.

If you'd like to know more, please contact us using the channels listed above and we can see if we are able to help you in your situation.

Not really, As I am not part of the alliance I was when I witnessed them in action. They really didnt disturb anything alliance wise that was noticeable except getting me a bit angered at people who dont take precautions during war ;)

Like I said, that may have been the deal of the contract, take out as many people who werent paying attention as possible, and not to use any larger ships in combat, but thats the way I saw.

getting corp members angered at each other is quite often a goal of merc contracts. too often have some of the greatest corps/alliances been torn apart due to internal conflict.

Wasnt really the case, me being angered had nothing to do with anything. They did thier job, afaik, according to their contract, but they ran from most combat situations.

I preferred getting dec'd by MC as at least it was fun, and they fought, unlike TnT.

Again, its not me being bitter, if thier job was not to fight, and only to pick off easy targets here and there, they did there job. If it was to disrupt anything, or make losses on our part, they didnt.

Whos to know?

The thing is though, for most mercs to go head to head with an alliance, would usually be suicide, as the mercs usually have fewer numbers. So if a merc corp was hired against your alliance, then guerilla tactics are the only way to go. It looks like they did a good job of being a pain in your a55 for a while though Very Happy

Well, it's worth noting that Pookie wasnt in B.E. back when we crossed paths. [.TNT.] has never been contracted to fight B.E. And, while I fully submit that my memory is less than perfect, I recall that Pookie's corp at the time (Penetrate), had been hired to protect an alliance that we were being paid to aggress.

Based upon the fact that we were not being paid to engage Penetrate, Trinity Nova's pilots ignored an endless litany of smack and maintained our focus upon our target. During Penetrate's week long "protection", Trinity Nova scored 28 confirmed kills, and furthered our target's attrition with the defection and surrender of one of their member corps.

It is also worth noting that Penetrate and Trinity Nova pilots failed to have a single engagement that resulted in a killmail for either party. Penetrate was not part of our contract obligation, their failed to distract us from our mission, and our contract target continued to suffer losses.

Feel free to check our killboard. The dates in question are from 06/11/06 to 06/18/06.

To clarify, the estimate of NMTZ is that in their war against us Trinity Nova
1) did score kills,
2) did fight clever in a situation where they were seriously outnumbered, and
3) (in case they even tried that) failed to have a real impact on any ongoing alliance operations.

My speculation is that the last point is at least partly due to the number disadvantage rather than lack of skill or willingness to fight, both of which they did demonstrate and have demonstrated before. Without knowing the specifics of the contract it is difficult to know exactly; it is of course also possible they were not asked to even try.

If any potential clients of TNT want an opinion from a former target, feel free to contact myself in space and I will do my best to give you an honest estimate of whether the force they demonstrated is suitable for the job you are thinking of.

NMTZ pilots, please refrain from commenting further, this whole discussion is stupid and beneath us. (Please also note, in case that this nonsense proceeds, that as she says, Popsikle is no longer of Namtz'aar K'in.)

I have seen TNT fight before, and I beleive a few of our ex-corp are now in their ranks, from what I understand, they are a small to medium sized merc corp , that specializes in skirmish warfare as well as disrupting enemy operations.

If hired to that end, or to concentrate on disrupting enemy logistics, and enemy movements or in certain key area's, they can be effective to that end, especially in a support role helping in a war. as well as bringing out some bs fleets when its called for to make sure the contract goes favorably to the contractee

If you wan't big guns, hire MC.. but i see TNT one day giving KIA a run for their money, in effectiveness in certain roles.

Anyway, Good luck guys .

Since joining Trinity Nova, i've found them to be a group of good players and good mates, both in corp chat and on Vent.

Trinity Nova is a Mercenary corporation, we are not here to spread world peace or make nice with the rest of the Eve community.

As such, people and corps ingame hire us to do a job, we will fulfill those obligations to the best of our ability, thank you for the kind responses.

Thank you.

Pookie, your comments have been answered by Ffaide in an earlier post.

For those who may skip to the end - you were not a member of Burn Eden when we crossed paths. As far as we can remember you were conracted by our target to protect them. We refused to engage you, we weren't being paid to and it would have only been a dent in our profits even in just ammo costs. You were hired for a week, but (again if memory serves) you retracted after a couple of days. From our point of view a satisfactory outcome.

You can see I am a little unsure of some of the details, we clearly had more impact on you than you did on me. Apologies.

Tyto
