Which skills affect how many RPs you get?

As far as I know, the only skill that applies to the number of RP's you receive is the skill you are researching with the agent.

From what I remember, and I may be wrong, your LP dish-out is based on:

Lvl andquality of agent.
Your skill in desired research field (e.g. electronic engineering).

This being the case you would want your research field skill maxed and some skill points in negotiation. The latter skill to boost the effective level of the agent.

RP/day = (1 + (EffectiveQuality/100)) * (AgentLevel + YourScienceskillLevel)^2

EffectiveQuality = AgentBaseQuality + 5* NegotiationsskillLevel + AgentCorpStanding

AgentCorpStanding = (1 + 0.04*ConnectionskillLevel*(10-BaseAgentCorpStanding)) * BaseAgentCorpStanding

- connections (under social, negligible influence, but helps get better agents faster)

Think the formula is this:
AgentCorpStanding = (1 + 0.04*ConnectionskillLevel*(10-BaseAgentCorpStanding)) + BaseAgentCorpStanding
