I need an indy pilot who has the mods so that the cargohold is above 25,000m3. Needed for a courier mission from mohas to ubtes, a total of 2 jumps, the payout is 20mil.

I'm assuming that actually filling out a courier contract in game would be more successful than this soon to be locked post here in GD. Very Happy

Sound like someone wants to move a Ship Assembly Array (all Small to Captial are 25Km3) ..haha
Nice of you to state where you POS is, and I hope you trust whoever you get to do it.

sorry, but you have been scammed.

revelations having just come out, there are a few unscrupulous people who are putting shuttles in plastic wrap and somehow making the total cargo 20k or 25k m3, which almost no hauler can handle.

i recommend you petition it under exploit.

DEVS: Why do you even design something such that it cannot be moved?, can this be fixed?

"It cannot be moved" and "You cannot move it" are very, very different.

I cant move it, I have had at least 15players that want to move it but their itty mark 5's cant hold it. I cant have a freighter move it

Sure, it needs to be in the sales forums. But yes, the contracts system is utterly inflexible.

Contracts arent the porblem at this point, ive got plenty of ppl who want to move it but nobody that can, ittys are too small and a freighter cant jettisoned, the size on the ship arrays are b0rked

That'd be...oh, right "intentional".

Itty 5 with Cargo II/Locals: 25,270m3.

Impel with Cargo II's/Locals: 27,386.8m3.

There's a difference between "I can't move it" and "it can't be moved".

Oh, and revealing high-sec POS (especially your BPO-laden production facility) = wardecs.

I mean we can build a large pos out of a itty with only civvy expanders, and everything can be launched from regular industrial ship. Except for ship assembly arrays, which should be a little bigger, but shouldnt you stick to the same rule that a indy ship can do it with t1 modifications, 25k m3 is a bit much, 20k m3 would even be managable.

Maybe ship assembley arrays are not supposed to be easy to move?

They arent supposed to be easy, but they shouldnt be impossible either. Even a 10% decrease in size would make them manageable to many more players.

Any comments? Anyone else think the size of the modules compared to other ones is a tad bit extreme?

Being able to set up a POS ship assembly array is meant to be a bit elitist. It's deffinatly not impossible (our corp has plenty of them) but they're meant to be skill intensive to move. I'd say get skilling / buy named cargo expanders / buy a cargo rig / whatever to make it work.

Can I be very blunt for a minute?

You fail to see the solution, you fail to take into account what is needed to move your stuff. You also fail to put some breaks between your post and your (very annoying) sig. And you somehow blame it all on the devs and even expect them to reply here?

LISTEN to the advise given to you in the earlier replies.

You are a flametard, if your puny, ignorant mind was capable of thought you would realise that there is no solution to my problem. I nor any other person that I have been in contact with can move them with itties, and freighters can get them there, but cannot do anything with them. The offer still stands that I am hiring anyone who is able to get them to where I need them, but so far nobody has been able to move that amount of stuff

Funny how there's zillions of POSes that have their equipment...

Also, I'm not quite sure you'll find people willing to gang with you with their fully expanded itty 5, for reasons I do hope you understand. This is why you won't get an answer, well... it's one of the reasons. Get in a corp/alliance that has people with the skills or invest in it yourself.

Think -> learn -> know -> plan -> do, in that order.

Oh and I'm hardly a flamer.

Im against the whole 'elitest' thing. So i dont think ill be joining any of your uber corps/allainces anytime soon. And why should the item even be seeded if it can only be used by elitests. Im sorry I have to work for my own isk, and cannot afford to supply my eneimes by buying thier items, therefore i must make my own items, which i need to do at my own facilities. Its kind of retarted that it is made so that only large corporations and highly skilled uberplayers can enjoy such aspects of the game.
Not everyone can afford to spend hundred of millions of isk on modules that are only useful for one thing. And whats with the overwhelmingly large gap between freighters and indys, if you dont have the uber isk (which you probably buy from the gold farmers anyways) you dont have ****.
