Before I BR this, I just want to make sure I am not misreading this description of the "Propulsion Jamming" skill book. The description reads:

Originally by: Propulsion Jamming

Skill at using propulsion/warpdrive jammers. 5% Bonus to
warp scrambler and stasis web capacitor need per skill
level.

I am not grammar expert or anything, but should that read 5% reduction? Or am I missing something?

This is on the latest build of TQ.

We don't sit and read every item description in game. Just remember that most of the early dev team were icelandic and english isn't their first language Wink
if you were waiting for this for 2 years, why didn't YOU bug report it eh eh <poke> <poke>

Bonus doesn't give away the direction. It just tells you that there's an improvement for the issue at hand.

Higher cap need would not be an improvement so bonus actually is a correct word in that respect.

Bug Reporting is usless imho. I have reported many a times and everytime I report the bug seems to be overlookeed for about 3-4 builds so I gave up on it. I might be more willing to bug report if I got some sort of responce from the dev that reads the bugreport through mail. Smile

I'd rather be informing the proper person about the bug to be fixed than replying to every bug report we get.
Be assured that every bug report IS read and action is taken on them. We would not have the time or resources to reply to each one.

Well, to send an automatic message stating "Your report has now been read. Thank You!" cant take that long. :P

Yea a read reciept or something to say SOMEONE has read it would be great. anything to give some kind of responce back that your bug has either been read or resolved

coming to think about it a responce to say its been dealt with would be good.

Why not just create a better transparent bug tracking system like this

http://trac.edgewall.org/

EVEMon uses it :)
