We are in the process of cleaning the corp again, 20-25 people will be left. From these people, 5 form the top management. 5-10 people can become part of the lower management (leading ops, setting up trade, setting up PvP exercises) for the Industrial wing, another 5-10 can become squadron and later on wing commanders.

So room to grow, and you can always ask for help on how to get there. Take note, we do want our members within 5-8 jumps of Adacyne (Placid).... soon!

We are still hiring pilots of many trades:

Miners :: Barge pilots or pilots willing to learn flying barges for high- and low-sec ops
Haulers :: A perfect job for younger pilots, learn industrial III or IV and help out hauling while learning te be a fighter or miner
Mining Foreman :: Lead mining ops, leadership and mining foreman skills are (going to be) needed

Fighter Pilots :: PvP oriented pilots, ratting and missioning in the placid region when no cover or surveilance is needed
Commanders :: For leading squadrons and wings, later on also for Fleets

Recruiters :: No skill requirements, just wanting to help the corp grow. And of course learn skills to help out mining or fighting
Logistics :: We build stuff and we mine ore, that needs to be moved... there is a (payed) job in that. And of course you can trade for yourself or corpmembers

High-profile jobs:
Engineers :: Posses need to be fuelled, the Engineer takes care of that
Scientists :: BPOs can be enhanced, either with invention or just research. Scientists do this for the corp

We are not a solo-mission running corp, so if that is your only interest, don't apply. We encourage our members to fly together, also on higher level missions every now and then, but Mining, production and PvP Navy Ops are our core business

you are welcome for a chat at anytime, just join the TEMPLAR-PUBLIC channel or convo one of our members. For your miner towards PvP, no problem. It might even be a good thing, as you can do small jobs for the corp like hauling while learning PvP and learning the skils to do it.
